Gallaway is a 104 Bed skilled nursing facility that provides Short term, long term, Hospice and Respite care. We provide daily activities by our certified activities director and offer specialized diets along with individual care plans as part of our Team effort to provide the best possible care for each resident. We provide Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, speech therapy, along with wound care and I.V. therapy. We are in network with most insurances and we are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
